Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the purchasing process for medical products and materials.

Research and identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.

Maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operations and avoid shortages.

Coordinate with the inventory and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor and track purchase orders and ensure quality compliance.

Handle vendor relationships and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Prepare purchase reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree

Knowledge in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
