Job Description

Role Overview

We are offering a Work-From-Home opportunity for candidates interested in application processing (data entry) in our software system. This role requires strong typing skills and internet browsing capabilities to process applications accurately.


Key Details

  • Working Hours: 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Flexible within this window)
  • Payment Structure: Rs.5 per processed application
  • Example: Processing Correct 100 applications = Rs.500 per day
  • All processed applications will undergo quality checks before final approval.



Eligibility Criteria

  • Laptop (Mandatory)
  • Stable and reliable internet connection
  • Good typing speed
  • Basic computer proficiency



Key Responsibilities

  • Application Processing: Review and process bank applications related to property verification, ensuring completeness of documentation.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data from verification documents into company/client systems.
  • Document Verification: Cross-check authenticity and accuracy of property-related documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized physical and digital records for secure storage and easy retrieval.
  • Reporting: Prepare status reports and highlight discrepancies identified during verification.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company, client, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Prior experience in data processing, banking, documentation, or property verification preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient issue resolution skills.
