Job Description - Real Estate Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to work independently in the field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
  • Meet potential clients to understand their property requirements
  • Present and show residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
  • Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales
  • Maintain updated knowledge of available inventory and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM) for smooth deal closure
  • Maintain client database and daily sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Must own a two-wheeler / vehicle (if required for field work)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
