Job Title : Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a Sales Team: You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to ensure they reach their individual and team sales targets. This involves providing continuous support, training, and guidance to enhance their performance and productivity.
Developing Sales Strategies: You will create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. These strategies will focus on achieving set sales targets and maximizing revenue, while also adapting to market trends and customer needs.
Setting Sales Targets: You will be tasked with setting clear, measurable sales targets for both individual team members and the team as a whole. These targets should be challenging yet achievable, pushing the team to deliver their best results.
Tracking Sales Performance: Monitoring sales figures, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports for senior management will be a critical part of your role. You will interpret sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that targets are met consistently.
Providing Resources: Ensuring that your sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed is essential. This includes providing access to sales materials, CRM systems, and any other support required for efficient sales operations.
Communicating with Clients: In this role, you will assist in client communications when necessary, helping to close deals or facilitate purchases. You will handle escalated client issues and ensure that customer satisfaction remains high throughout the sales process.
Building Client Relationships: You will be expected to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and customers. This includes regularly engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that strengthen customer loyalty.
Conducting Market Research: Identifying new business opportunities, potential clients, and untapped markets will be a key focus. You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive growth for the company.
Collaborating with Marketing: You will work closely with the marketing and advertising teams to ensure that sales efforts align with promotional campaigns. Together, you will develop effective sales materials and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Staying Up to Date with Industry Trends: Keeping yourself and the team informed about the latest industry developments, market changes, and trends is crucial. You will leverage this knowledge to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Conducting Sales Meetings: Regularly meeting with your sales team to discuss goals, address challenges, and share best practices will be part of your routine. You will ensure that the team is motivated and aligned with the company’s objectives through clear communication and guidance.
Site Visits to Dholera: Organizing and leading client visits to Dholera, showcasing properties and providing detailed on-site insights to help clients make informed decisions.
