Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


- Leadership and Team Management: Oversee daily operations of the real estate sales team, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of sales targets. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents, providing them with necessary knowledge and tools.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and maximize revenue. Analyze market trends and local conditions to adjust sales strategies and pricing recommendations.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth transaction processes and providing solutions that meet client needs.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the agency.

- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.


Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A real estate license is often required.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Skills:

  - Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

  - Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  - Market Analysis: Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.

  - CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate technology tools.


Performance Metrics:


- Sales Targets: Achievement of monthly and annual sales objectives.

- Client Satisfaction: Increase in client retention and satisfaction ratings.

- Team Development: Improvement in team performance and individual sales growth.
