  • Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day office administration and front-desk operations

Make outbound telecalling to leads and follow up with inquiries

Attend inbound calls and explain visa services to clients

Counsel students/clients regarding visa options, process, and documentation

Schedule client appointments and maintain follow-up records

Manage client files, visa documents, and application data

Assist counselors with document checklists and file preparation

Maintain accurate data entry and CRM records

Coordinate with consultants, universities, and service partners

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in client handling
