Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist responsible for handling front desk operations, follow-up calls, and daily administrative support. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage visitors, inquiries, and student coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and make follow-up calls to inquiries
• Manage front desk and welcome visitors/students
• Maintain inquiry and follow-up records
• Coordinate with staff regarding admissions and schedules
• Respond to WhatsApp/email inquiries professionally
• Provide course information to students and parents
• Maintain attendance and basic office documentation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English + local language)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Friendly and professional behavior
• Good organization and time management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualification

• Minimum Graduate preferred
• Experience in reception/customer handling is a plus
