1. Front Desk Management

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors politely and professionally
• Maintain visitor entry records
• Guide them to the concerned person/department

• Answer incoming calls promptly
• Transfer calls to the right team member
• Take and pass accurate messages
• Handle basic inquiries about company service

• Coordinate between office staff, site teams, and management
• Inform concerned staff when clients arrive
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

🧾 4. Documentation & Records

• Maintain registers (visitor log, courier, dispatch, etc.)
• Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and documents
• Keep basic office records organized

• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior
• Follow company uniform & ID policy strictly

💬 6. Customer Experience

• Handle guests in a respectful and helpful manner
• Provide water/refreshments if required
• Make visitors feel comfortable and valued
