Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Attracting Talent: Utilizing social media, job boards, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and evaluating candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Meeting with managers to define job requirements and interview criteria.
• Candidate Management: Scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing communication throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
• Employer Branding: Promoting the company’s reputation to attract talent.
• Process Improvement: Using HR software/ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track metrics and improve recruiting strategies
