Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Job OverviewSmartSavvy Private Limited is seeking a results-driven Work From Home Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both Blue Collar and White Collar hiring, strong client coordination skills, and the ability to consistently achieve monthly placement targets.


This role requires excellent communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to independently manage sourcing, screening, and closing positions remotely.



  • Key Responsibilities1️⃣ End-to-End RecruitmentHandle recruitment for Blue Collar roles (Helper, Operator, Technician, Sales Staff, etc.)
  • Manage White Collar hiring (Executive, Accountant, HR, Admin, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal database
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary screening
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between client and candidates
  • 2️⃣ Client Interaction & CoordinationCommunicate with clients to understand manpower requirements
  • Share shortlisted profiles within defined TAT
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and interview updates
  • Maintain professional communication in English
  • 3️⃣ Target & Performance ManagementAchieve monthly hiring and revenue targets
  • Maintain proper follow-up with candidates until joining
  • Ensure candidate retention and joining ratio
  • Maintain daily recruitment reports and MIS
  • 4️⃣ Documentation & ReportingMaintain candidate database
  • Update hiring trackers
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline
  • 1–3+ years of recruitment experience (Blue Collar & White Collar mandatory)
  • Experience handling Ahmedabad region hiring preferred
  • Good command over English (spoken & written)
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
