🔶 Understanding Job Requirements – Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.

🔶 Candidate Assessment – Evaluate communication, broking domain knowledge, NISM certifications, and stability.

🔶 Salary Negotiation & Offer Management – Share compensation structure and close candidates effectively.

🔶 Documentation & Background Checks – Ensure collection of KYC documents and onboarding compliance.

🔶 Recruitment MIS & Reporting – Maintain trackers, pipeline reports, and weekly hiring updates.
