Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Remote

Experience: 0-6 Months

Timings: 7 PM to 3AM IST(Night Shift)

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update clients’ profiles, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and tailored to target job roles.
• Identify suitable job opportunities for clients, customizing applications to highlight their strengths and align with job requirements.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and discuss job opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the job search process.
• Gather feedback from clients and employers to refine and improve the recruitment process and client profiles.
