Job Description
RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for the consultancy
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Coordinating interviews and conducting candidate follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment tracking and preparing reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate or above (candidates with or without recruitment experience are welcome; smart freshers and homemakers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, with a basic understanding of English
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
