Relationship Manager

A Field Executive is responsible for carrying out company activities outside the office. The role involves visiting clients, partners, or sites to support sales, operations, collections. The Field Executive represents the company in the field and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilites:Execute assigned field activities as per company guidelines

• Visit clients, customers, or business locations regularly
• Represent the company professionally during field visits
• Collect information, documents, or payments when required
• Support sales, service, or operational objectives
• Ensure timely reporting of field activities
• Maintain strong coordination with office and management teams
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and ethical standards

Tasks and Duties

• Conduct on-site visits to clients, vendors, or project locations
• Promote company products or services, if applicable
• Verify customer or site information and submit reports
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, or follow-ups
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain daily visit logs and activity reports
• Meet assigned targets, schedules, or service levels
• Travel within assigned areas as required
