Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Wealth Manager to build and grow relationships with HNI and affluent clients. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and revenue generation through a wide range of wealth management products, including mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Build and expand Assets Under Management (AUM) 
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across wealth products

Product Advisory

Recommend and cross-sell suitable financial products, including:

• Mutual Funds
• Insurance
• PMS / AIF
• Equity & Derivatives
• Fixed Income Products
• Candidate Requirements

Education

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field
• NISM certification preferred

Experience

3–6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Financial Advisory

Skills

• Strong client acquisition and networking abilities
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities

Preferred Background

• Experience handling HNI or Ultra HNI clients
• Existing client network in the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
• Experience in mutual fund distribution, insurance, or equity advisory

Compensation

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
• Unlimited earning potential with no cap on incentives for high performers
