Job Summary

Exceledge Placements is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Resume Writer who can create, optimize, and tailor resumes for IT professionals targeting the US job market. The role requires strong understanding of IT domains and the ability to position candidate profiles as per recruiter and ATS expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update IT resumes for roles such as Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, QA, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.

Customize resumes as per job descriptions, ATS keywords, and US market standards

Conduct detailed discussions with candidates to understand skills, projects, experience, and career goals

Rewrite and structure resumes to highlight technical skills, project impact, and measurable outcomes

Maintain multiple versions of resumes for different roles and technologies

Ensure professional formatting, grammar accuracy, and consistency

Coordinate with marketing and recruiting teams to align resume content with job submissions

Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong written English communication skills

Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (SDE, Data, Cloud, QA, etc.)

Experience in US-format resumes and ATS optimization

Ability to work with multiple candidates and meet tight timelines

Attention to detail and ability to convert raw inputs into impactful resumes

Prior experience as a Resume Writer / Profile Marketing Executive is a plus
