• Select , Recruit And Supervise Insurance Consultants / Point Of Sales Person / ARPs In All Areas Of The Business 

• Coordinate Orientation Of New Staffs And Ongoing Trainings. 

• Development Of Team By Ensuring Process Services. 

Qualification And Skills : Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent
