• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office / POS systems
• 🎓 Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–5+ years of retail experience
