Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to boost company growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, including digital and offline campaigns
• Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as a company representative

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
