🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive with experience in the construction or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling clients, and coordinating projects related to metal ceilings, louvers, and façade systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Visit architects, builders, contractors, and consultants

Generate inquiries for metal ceiling and façade products

2. Client Handling & Sales

Conduct client meetings and product presentations

Understand project requirements and suggest suitable solutions

Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and proposals

Negotiate and close deals

3. Site Visits & Coordination

Visit project sites for requirement understanding

Coordinate for measurements and technical discussions

Work closely with design, production, and installation teams

4. Tender & Documentation

Handle tender submissions and follow-ups

Maintain proper documentation for projects

5. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with architects and clients

Ensure repeat business

6. Market Research

Monitor competitor activities and pricing

Identify new trends in ceiling and façade systems

7. Reporting

Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic technical understanding of metal / construction products

Ability to read drawings (preferred)

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Self-motivated and target-driven

🔹 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Engineering / Commerce preferred)

Diploma/degree in Civil/Mechanical is an advantage

🔹 Experience

2–5 years in building materials / interior / facade / ceiling industry

Freshers with strong interest can also apply (junior role)
