Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for renewable energy solutions (solar, wind, etc.)
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for timely execution of orders
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports
- Support tendering and bidding processes, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues
- Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and project milestones
- Organize meetings, site visits, and client interactions for the sales team
