1. Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

2. Can properly coordinate with customers and can handle calls.

3. Can handle whole process of Sales Department

- Material Availability / Available Stock

- Procuring orders

- Payment Process

- Tracking of material arrival timing

- Planning of dispatch timing with customers

- Can understand and handle day to day stock after dispatch.

4. Have knowledge of billings in Software - will provide proper training for the same.

5. Good Personality and well family background.

6. Have to be capable of learning any new software for back office work like certification.

7. Have knowledge of MS Office and can work on Excel atlast basic knowledge required.
