Job Description
· Handling existing customers and dealers PAN India.
· Generating & Closing new inquires with potential clients, customers, dealers& OEM’s.
· Involvement in new business development and new product development activities.
· Market analysis on potential industry and market.
· Submitting reports weekly, monthly, and on case to case basis.
· Handling customer inquiries in terms of both technical and commercial and after-sales support for complaints.
· Attending customer queries and providing solutions for our products.
