Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare and submit detailed and competitive proposals to clients.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry generation to closing deals, including negotiations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction/ heavy machinery sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs
• Having good knowledge about design and technical requirements
• Hands on Auto cad or other design softwares
