Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Printing & Packaging (Pharma Box & Carton Printing)

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Location: Ahemdabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Education: Any Graduate (Printing Technology background preferred)

• Identify and acquire new clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Promote company products such as printed cartons, labels, and custom pharma packaging.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
• Regularly report sales activities and client feedback to the management.
• Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or pharma-related products).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical details of packaging solutions.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of printing/packaging processes is a plus.
• Education: Minimum Graduate (Any discipline). Candidates with knowledge of the pharma or printing industry will be preferred.
