Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Bottle Filling Machines

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling bottle filling machines and related packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets within manufacturing, beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries requiring bottle filling and packaging solutions.
  • Promote and sell bottle filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and complete filling lines.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and machine demonstrations.
  • Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for installation and after-sales support.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales of bottle filling machines or packaging machinery.
  • Strong understanding of liquid filling systems (water, juice, oil, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
  • Knowledge of automated production lines and industrial machinery.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Technical understanding of machine components and production processes.
  • Experience in turnkey project sales.
  • Strong network within beverage, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing industries.
