Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Owner
Job Purpose:
To promote company products or services through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails, explain
features to customers, generate leads, and increase overall sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make daily calls to potential and existing customers as per assigned leads.
2. Explain company products, offers, and benefits clearly.
3. Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals.
4. Maintain daily call and sales data in Excel or CRM system.
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
6. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
7. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better performance.
8. Provide feedback from customers to management.
