Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with clients in the United States. This is an on-site role based in Kharadi pune, India. Please note that this position requires working night shifts to align with U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) hours.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Present and promote CareerUS Solutions’ services to prospective clients.

Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Maintain and update client information in company databases.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
