Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves selling a diversified portfolio of financial products, including general insurance, life insurance, and loan products, to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
• Needs Assessment & Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial situations and needs for insurance and loan products.
• Product Presentation & Sales: Explain the features and benefits of various general insurance (auto, home, property, health), life insurance, and loan products, recommending suitable options to clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support (including policy renewals and claims assistance).
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Documentation & Compliance: Assist clients with the application process, manage all necessary documentation, and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors' products to provide clients with the best solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance (life and general) and loan products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a high level of initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs accurately.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A relevant professional license (as required by local regulations) is often mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
