Job Summary :

Tech Twins | Hire and Tech is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong knowledge in Bench Sales Recruitment, Recruitment Services, or International BPO Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply and will be shortlisted based on interview performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in bench sales, recruitment, and international BPO services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Promote company services to US/international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Stay updated with market trends, client demands, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience in Bench Sales Recruitment, Recruitment, or International BPO is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of IT staffing, recruitment lifecycle, or international sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with good knowledge, confidence, and interview performance can be considered.
