Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Eversil’s range of construction chemical products to architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and dealers.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business leads in assigned territories
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations to architects, contractors, project managers, and dealers
- Promote and demonstrate Eversil products through site visits and sample applications
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and market insights
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of construction materials and chemical products
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
- Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction chemical sales or a similar industry preferred
- Knowledge of the local construction market is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
