Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant products or services.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up on inbound leads promptly.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth hand-off and follow-through on leads.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos on products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market activities.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
