Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities
• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Prior sales experience is a plus
