• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and attend walk-in customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase average billing value
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately
• Ensure proper product display and showroom hygiene
• Follow company SOPs for stock handling and security
• 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
• Presentable personality with professional grooming
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge & billing software understanding
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work during weekends & festive seasons
