Job Type: On-Site (Night Shift)

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (IST)

Working Days: 5 Days per Week

Salary: ₹32,000 - ₹38,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our team for a USA-based company( https://hospitalityphonesystem.com/). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in outbound calling, sales, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities

Identify and qualify sales leads

Communicate with US-based clients professionally

Pitch products/services and close sales

Maintain and update lead data regularly

Achieve Monthly Sales Targets

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, calling, or lead generation

Excellent English communication skills (US standard)

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
