Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager – Secured Loans (LAP) will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing business in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role focuses on business acquisition, partner relationship management, and portfolio growth within the assigned geography.

The Sales Manager will report to the respective Area Sales Manager (ASM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Source secured loan business, primarily Loan Against Property (LAP), through:
• Direct customers
• Connectors and DSAs
• Builders and local market channels
• Generate new leads and build strong, long-term relationships with sourcing partners
• Conduct initial customer profiling and coordinate with the operations team for smooth file processing
• Ensure accurate collection of documentation, eligibility details, and property-related information prior to login
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
• Maintain MIS reports and regularly update the reporting manager on:
• Pipeline status
• Sanctions
• Disbursements
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and lender guidelines

Key Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in secured lending products
• (Loan Against Property experience preferred)
• Strong local market knowledge with proven sourcing capability
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and meet business targets
• Good communication and relationship management skills
