Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects
• Promote entrance automation solutions such as automatic sliding doors, swing doors, boom barriers, gates and access control systems
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts

Key Account & Channel Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, builders, and system integrators
• Manage dealer networks and ensure territory coverage
• Handle major corporate, government, and institutional accounts

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Provide market feedback to management and product teams
• Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure timely order processing, billing, and payment collection
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and MIS

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of entrance automation products and project sales
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and large-value projects
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
• 3–5 years of Sales experience in CCTV, Access Control, eSSL, Hikvision, CP Plus, ZKTeco or similar security/home automation companies
• Strong understanding of security products, system integration, and project-based selling
• Experience in entrance automation, building automation, or security systems industry

Willingness to travel extensively
