Key responsibilities
- Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
- Performance management: Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
