Job Summary

Join Vee Secure Solar as a Sales Manager to drive rooftop solar installations for residential and commercial clients. You'll generate leads, nurture relationships, conduct site surveys, and close high-value deals while ensuring smooth payment processes. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional passionate about sustainable energy and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and connect with client leads through calling, networking, and digital channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and detailed site surveys to assess solar installation feasibility.
  • Prepare accurate, customized quotations based on site surveys, BOM, and client needs, highlighting ROI and net-zero benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the complete payment process, from invoicing to collections, ensuring timely realizations.
  • Provide clear, knowledgeable answers to customer queries on solar tech, subsidies, warranties, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in solar energy, real estate, or technical products.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati for calls, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel) and MS Office for lead tracking and quotations.
  • Ability to travel for site visits and meetings across Gujarat.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of closing deals worth ₹5+ lakhs.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of solar incentives, net metering, and government schemes (e.g., PM Surya Ghar).
  • Familiarity with organic SEO, social media (Instagram reels), or vastu/numerology for client consultations.
  • Experience in event planning or community networking for lead generation.
