Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and business growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the telesales team
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement telesales strategies to improve conversions
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and performance metrics
- Train, coach, and mentor telesales executives
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and reporting
- Drive team motivation and maintain a high-performance culture
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Telesales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of telesales processes and CRM systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Target-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
