Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and business growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the telesales team
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to improve conversions
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Train, coach, and mentor telesales executives
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and reporting
  • Drive team motivation and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of telesales processes and CRM systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Target-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
