Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage team performance, and ensure targets are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
  • Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
