Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and promote our services. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
• Maintain and update lead and client database regularly
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Healthcare industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
