Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern who will support our growth efforts by identifying potential clients on platforms like Upwork and initiating outreach through personalized emails.

This is a performance-driven role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Executive position based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify high-quality leads from online platforms
• Analyze job postings and shortlist relevant opportunities
• Draft and send personalized outreach emails/proposals
• Maintain a structured database of leads and outreach status
• Follow up with prospects to maximize response rates
• Collaborate with the core team to refine messaging and targeting
• Continuously improve outreach strategy based on response data

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written English and communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Websites) is a plus
• Ability to research and understand client requirements quickly
• High attention to detail (no copy-paste spam outreach)
• Self-motivated and consistent with daily output

Performance Metrics (Very Important)

• Number of qualified leads identified daily
• Quality of personalized outreach
• Response rate from prospects
• Meetings/bookings generated

Working Structure:

• Internship (initial phase)
• Flexible working hours (output-driven role)
• Daily/weekly targets will be assigned
