Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with textile mills, processors, and dyeing units for the company’s range of textile chemicals. The role includes business development, technical sales support, market analysis, and strategic marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in textile processing, dyeing, printing, and finishing mills.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and trials at mills.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• 2. Market ExpansionIdentify new market opportunities and industry segments.
• Expand distribution networks and channel partners.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• 3. Technical & Product PromotionPromote textile chemical products such as:
• 
  
• Pretreatment chemicals
• Dyeing auxiliaries
• Finishing chemicals
• Enzymes and specialty chemicals
• Coordinate with technical teams for product trials and troubleshooting.
• 4. Marketing ActivitiesPlan marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Prepare sales presentations, product literature, and technical documentation.
• Support brand building in the textile processing sector.
• 5. Customer SupportProvide technical and commercial support to clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for order fulfillment.
• 6. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly performance reports.
• Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Textile Technology / Chemistry
• MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
• Experience 1–5years experience in sales of textile chemicals or textile auxiliaries
• Experience working with textile mills, dyeing houses, and processing units
