Job SummaryWe are looking for a Back Office Manager to handle daily e-commerce operations, manage order processing, generate shipping labels, coordinate with marketplaces, and support client deal closures. The role requires strong organizational skills, marketplace knowledge, and client coordination abilities. High performers will earn attractive incentives based on closed deals and performance.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities📦 E-commerce OperationsManage daily back-office operations for Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Generate and manage shipping labels, invoices, and manifests
- Process orders, returns, and replacements efficiently
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics platforms
- Maintain accurate order, stock, and dispatch records
- 🖥 Data & DocumentationMaintain spreadsheets, reports, and MIS data
- Handle billing, order tracking, and payment reconciliation
- Ensure all documentation is error-free and updated
- 🤝 Client Coordination & Deal ClosureCommunicate with existing and new clients
- Assist in closing deals with clients
- Follow up on leads, orders, and service commitments
- Maintain professional relationships to ensure repeat business
- 📊 Team & Workflow ManagementCoordinate with sales, warehouse, and customer support teams
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements
- 🔹 Skills & RequirementsExperience in Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of shipping label generation and order fulfillment
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP tools)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
