Job SummaryWe are looking for a Back Office Manager to handle daily e-commerce operations, manage order processing, generate shipping labels, coordinate with marketplaces, and support client deal closures.   • 🔹 Key Responsibilities📦 E-commerce OperationsManage daily back-office operations for Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
  • Generate and manage shipping labels, invoices, and manifests
  • Process orders, returns, and replacements efficiently
  • Coordinate with courier partners and logistics platforms
  • Maintain accurate order, stock, and dispatch records
  • 🖥 Data & DocumentationMaintain spreadsheets, reports, and MIS data
  • Handle billing, order tracking, and payment reconciliation
