Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Fabric Sales


Location: [KHOKHRA, AHMEDABAD]

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 1–5 years (Textile/Fabric industry preferred)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive fabric sales, expand the customer base, and strengthen market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the textile/fabric segment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in fabric sales
  • Identify and onboard new clients such as garment manufacturers, designers, wholesalers,
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Promote fabric collections through meetings, presentations, and samples
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle pricing negotiations and close sales deals effectively
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS documentation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and branding activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile, or related field
  • Proven experience in fabric/textile sales is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales within textile or garment industry
  • Understanding of fabric sourcing, pricing, and quality standards
  • Existing network in textile markets is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement
  • Client acquisition and retention rate
  • Revenue growth and market expansion
  • Customer satisfaction levels

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance)
  • Working Conditions:Field work with frequent client visits
  • Travel may be required depending on territory
