Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC projects.
• Meet consultants, builders, contractors, architects, and corporate clients to promote HVAC products and services.
• Prepare proposals, techno-commercial offers, and follow up for order closure.
• Handle enquiries, site visits, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate solutions and costing.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and AMC contracts.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit MIS reports.
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, campaigns, and brand promotions.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF, AHU, Ventilation).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle B2B sales and technical discussions.
• Field-oriented, target-driven approach.

Preferred Background:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience in HVAC sales/MEP industry preferred.
