🚀 We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition and promote residential, industrial and ground-mounted solar power solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📢 Develop & execute marketing strategies to promote solar solutions

📞 Generate leads and manage client acquisition

🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships

📊 Conduct market research & competitor analysis

🎯 Achieve monthly sales & business development targets

🛠️ Coordinate with technical and project teams for client satisfaction

🏠 Handle residential bungalow, industrial & ground-mount solar projects

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

🎂 Age: 18 – 40 years

👨 Gender: Male

🎓 Education: 10th Pass / Below 10th

🗣️ English: Basic English

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)

💰 Salary & Incentives:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on experience & skills)

🎯 Incentive: ₹25,000+ (Performance Based)
