Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct NHT Training – Online & Offline mode

• Ensure 100% throughput of all NHT batches

• Schedule & conduct refreshers and sharpeners for existing employees

• Handle OJT (On-the-Job Training)

• Maintain and manage training data

• Maintain class attendance and performance records of agents in training

Key Skills:

• Good communication skills in both verbal and written form

• Ability to understand new business processes

• Presentable, with good presentation skills and ability to deliver content with ease

• Strong coaching and feedback skills

• Ability to motivate others to improve their skills

• Ability to multi-task as and when required

• Fair knowledge of content creation for product and process trainings

• Hands-on experience with basic Excel to compile training data

• Ability to work independently

Eligibility

·        Any Graduate + relevant experience

·       Minimum 2 Years of experience
