About the profile – Marut Air Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and demonstrate proficiency in various financial tasks essential to the company's operations.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial data.
• Generate and process invoices for services rendered to clients.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing procedures.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Utilize Tally software for accounting and financial management tasks.
• Maintain Tally database and generate reports as required
• Process Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) payments accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on PF and ESIC regulations to ensure compliance.
• Calculate and process Goods and Services Tax (GST) payments in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements –

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, invoicing, and billing functions.
• Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
• Familiarity with Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) payment procedures.
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and experience in GST payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
